How you pay for the calls you makeWhen you use the First Number service to make your cheap international calls you only pay for calling one of the First Number access numbers. Your service provider will bill you - not us. For example, when you make a five minute call to Australia using our service from a BT phone it will cost 10p plus BT's connection charge*. The next time you receive your BT bill you will see a call to First Number's 0844 number, for a duration of 5 minutes and a charge of 16p with no charges by us.Prices shown on this website are BT's charges per minute for calling the First Number access number. Charges are per second from connection to the First Number service.*BT charges 6p connection for each call.
Terms and conditions
Callers must ensure they have the bill payer's permission before using the First Number service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their appropriate 0871, 0844, and relevant 09 rates. Prices quoted are from a BT landline and are pence per minute, prices and availability may vary from other networks. Calls are charged from time of connection to the First Number service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. Prices of calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated. First Number reserves the right to terminate fraudulent calls.
