PC to Phone

We offer 2 different options when using our high quality, low-rate PC to Phone service.

The first is our web-based dialler. Using the latest technology, you are able to make cheap phone calls through our web site, with no software to download. This is ideal when using a PC away from home (e.g. in Internet Cafes) and you are unable to download software to the machine you are using.

If you prefer, you can download the free software dialler. This option provides the same high quality calls as the web-based service, but removes the need to access our web site each time, so is the favoured option of customers using the service from their own PC.

When you sign up for an account, the login details we send you will work with both option and you can interchange between the 2 at any time. Your account can be used anywhere in the world, as long as the PC you are using meets our technical requirements.

Web dialer - Enter your login details on the homepage and click the >> button. The web dialer will load automatically. If it does not, see our support pages for how to allow the dialer to load here

Desktop (software) dialer - You can download the Advanced Sip desktop dialer here for Free!

All numbers should be dialled as you would with a regular phone, including any international prefix (such as 00, or 011). You can dial 00 or 011, both will work - we have allowed both so you can dial numbers exactly as you would with a regular phone.

For example,

If dialing Singapore from China, you would dial 0065 plus the number If dialing France from USA, you would dial 01133 plus number DO NOT enter spaces between numbers e.g. 001 888 123 4567 DO NOT enter a + sign e.g. +001 888 123 4567 DO NOT enter dashes e.g.001-888-123-4567 DO NOT use brackets e.g. 001(888)1234567 You can use the * and # while in conversation to access additional telephone features such as voicemail options and call centre options (if supported by the number you are calling).
